280 hectares (692 acres) of rolling grassland with 360-degree panoramas. Perfect for wide shots, drone footage, and golden hour scenes. The changing seasons create four completely different moods – from spring green through autumn gold to snowy winter landscapes.

Woodland Areas

50 hectares (124 acres) of mixed forest with oak-hornbeam stands and beech transitions. The perfect setting for atmospheric, intimate scenes. Wild trails, filtered light, century-old trees.

Viewpoints

The Bél-kő limestone cliff (711-787 m / 2,333-2,582 ft) visible from across the entire farm. A dramatic backdrop in every season, with changing light from sunrise to sunset.
